Do you have other lesson times available?
For Private 1:1 and 2:1 lessons, or if you already have a group of 4 organised, you can discuss your preferred times directly with our instructor. For all other lessons please click on book a class to see available times
What equipment do you have available?
We have reformers, ladder barrels, chairs, a cadillac trapeze table and mats.
What is your approach to Pilates?
Our approach is to undertake an initial screening and cater a program suitable for each individual. We believe that precision in movement and technique is key to a sustainable and effective workout. We offer individual or small group sessions to ensure a high level of attention and focus to all clients.
What level do you cater to?
We cater to all levels from beginners to advanced. As the classes are small, we can cater to your own individual needs.
What ages do you cater to?
We cater for adults of all ages, seniors are welcome. Children are only permitted when coming to lessons with an adult carer.
What about if I’m pregnant?
Our instructor has prior experience teaching pregnant clients and lessons can be modified to accommodate.
What if I’m injured?
We focus on rehabilitation to assist with injury recovery. A GP or Physio will need provide clearance to commence Pilates first. Prior to the session we will request individuals to provide details of their pre-existing conditions and injuries and cater the sessions appropriately.
How do I book?
First you will need to purchase a "plan" by going to the "plans and pricing" section of the site. Purchase the "plan" appropriate to the sessions you wish to attend. There are three types of sessions "Group Sessions", "2:1 Sessions" and "Private 1:1 Sessions". Classes need to be booked 12 hours in advance.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my booking?
Booking changes can be catered for with 24 hours’ notice.
Where are you located?
We're 5 minutes drive from Dural round corner, 2 minutes from Hills Grammar. Our clients come from nearby suburbs including Cherrybrook, Castle Hill, Kellyville, Box Hill, Rouse Hill and other suburbs within the Hills District.
Is this a home studio?
The studio is located in its own building at the rear of the property with parking available immediately next to the studio.
What do I need to bring?
Bring your Pilates socks, water bottle and that’s it. We have everything else you need. We have socks for purchase at our studio for $25 for your convenience.
What are your facilities like?
We have a clean and modern air-conditioned studio with a great ambiance. We have a filtered and cooled drinking fountain, and a clean bathroom for your convenience.
Can you tell me more about you instructor and do you have other instructors?
Our principal instructor will provide all lessons ensuring high level of teaching and instruction. Our principal instructor has a genuine passion for Pilates, teaching and helping clients transform into a better version of themselves.
